Quality control is a process intended to ensure that product quality or performed service adheres to a defined set of criteria or meets the requirements of the client. Through the quality control process, the product quality will be maintained, and the manufacturing defects will be examined and refined.
Inspection Process
Incoming inspection
Inspect the raw and packing material from suppliers upon arrival, only qualified ones are accepted.
First-article inspection
First-article inspection to identify a standard before mass production.
In-process inspection
Conduct in-line automated and manual inspections during production and make records.
Warehouse-in inspection
Finished products will be inspected before warehousing.
Outgoing quality inspection
Final inspection before delivery.
Test Methods:
A. Confirm whether the supplier has relevant inspection report or not.
B. Visual inspection;
C. Dimensional inspection;
D. Automated inspection for the chemical materials and so on.
